Master-Mind Explained - Lesson 1

Master-Mind Explained

"The answers are all around you."

We have all heard this quote before, but how many of us have actually pondered on it's actual meaning. In this lesson we plan to do just that. In order to be successful it will be important to understand what the mind is capable of.

All human words, thoughts, ideas ever conceived, whether spoken or not, are all around us. Like radio waves they travel at very high rates of speed in what is knows as the "ether." To understand the importance of the ether it is relevant to know that the human ear can hear sounds from 32,000 hz to 38,000 hz. Anything below or above this range can not be heard, however, it can be felt, seen, or touched.

However, sometimes these sound waves are unrecognized by the natural senses, at which point a sixth-sense is enabled. This sense is the human mind! Every mind is both a broadcasting and receiving station. With that fact, it is my belief that the mind can unknowingly accumulate knowledge through undetectable sound waves.

Let me explain. Knowledge can be learned in multiple ways. By exposure, expression, and through imagination. It is through this imagination that one has effectively learned through the use of the knowlege floating around in the ether. In other words, you have unknowingly taken other peoples' beleifs, information, experiences and combined them with yours, forming your imaginative thoughts.

Haven't you ever wondered how strange and unusual thoughts have entered your mind with no rhyme or reason? It is because of the ether. This can most be experienced in solitude of thought or while dreaming. It is conceivable that during these times your mind has an enhanced awareness that is able to capture information floating around you.

Unrecognizeable to the ear, touch, sight, taste, but transmitted by the mind. Essentially these aren't your thoughts at all, but the thoughts of millions, or even billions of others, living or dead. Ideas that you have accessed by no will of your own, but by chance. Information that when combined with your own experiences could lead to great discoveries. It is the men and women that have tuned their mind to receiving these ideas that have the most success.

Furthermore, it is entirely possible that you can connect with the minds of others around you. We have all heard the phrases "love at first sight" and "two minds are better than one." That is because your mind transmits information to those around you through the ether. Sometimes these feelings are positive, which leads to a good relationship while other times these feelings can be negative. For no apparent reason someone may dislike another person without really knowing them, but the mind does know them through this simple undetectable act!

Haven't you ever experienced deja-vu or knew something was going to happen before it did? The reason is simple. The thoughts were already released into space, and those that tuned their minds properly were able to receive the information. This is why you have a feeling that you already saw something, knew what was going to happen. It's because the information was already in your mind!

We've all heard the phrase, "it's amazing what the mind is capable of" or "there is more than meets the eye."

Both very true statements, and both substantiate the claims you have just read.

This information will be the basis for the study of telepathy and other advanced forms of communication.

Computer chips may be placed in the brain to enhance our receptors to this vast array of knowledge all around us.

Before you deny these claims, remember that sound already travels at fast enough rates to create radio waves and heat. Both undetectable to the ear, but still created by sound. These ideas, thoughts, and knowledge are going at such high rates of speed none of the five senses can detect them, but the sixth-sense, the depths of the mind, can and do recognize them!

It is only a matter of time before science uncovers a way to conciously receive these messages, at which point our biggest problem will be determining how to accumulate the positive and ignore the negative. How to use the technique for good, not evil. How to keep our minds from being bombarded and overloaded with information. Images from the movie "What Women Want" comes to mind.

As you contemplate the realities of the ether and the idea that information is floating all around us and waiting to be obtained, keep the following thoughts in mind.

"Be careful what you wish for"
"All great minds think alike"
"Two minds are better than one"
"You learn more by listening than by speaking"
And the most profound of all...
"The answers are all around you"
It is clear that this belief has been known for many years, but who will be the one to harness it. This will be the challenge of the next century.

Forming the Master-Mind - Lesson 2

Forming the Master-Mind

This week we have been discussing the Master-Mind and it’s meanings. Today’s lesson could be the most important. We will focus on how to formulate your own Master-Mind plan and in the process discuss certain groups or individuals who have already done so and achieved great success.

As we begin let’s remember some of the truths that we have learned regarding the Master-Mind.

We started out discussing ways in which science could help bridge the gap between our minds and the minds of everyone else’s, including their thoughts, ideas, and knowledge that is alive in the ether all around us.

Although science hasn’t yet developed this technology, nature has. Our sixth sense has been able to achieve this phenomenon and we have seen multiple examples. For example, we covered famous businessmen and religious revitalization through the use of the Master-Mind.

The Master-Mind can be formed and utilized in two different ways. The first way the Master-Mind can be established is through personal connection with like-minded, harmonious minds. By the meeting of the minds, a third, and more powerful mind is developed through the thoughts and ideas shared by the individuals in the group. We stated that Andrew Carnegie and Henry Ford were able to do this.

The other way would be through meditation, prayer, or other spiritual acts. We learned that this is what takes place at churches, synagogues, mosques, and other religious events such as revivals. Through the combined focus of all the members present a Master-Mind is formed which produces positive energy and great understanding that previously wasn’t there.
In both instances the Master-Mind can be formed, but also can disintegrate with inactivity.

So now that we have determined how the Master-Mind is formed, one must decide which route they want to venture. This will depend on your desires. Remember, you must have a clear definite chief aim in order to accomplish the success you are seeking. Without a clear objective your thoughts become unorganized and essentially ineffective.

Let’s look back in history and see how famous, or not so famous people have been able to tap into this energy and knowledge floating around in the ether. Furthermore, let’s focus on what “scientific” developments they used to access this power.

The first civilizations began 5,000 years ago in Mesopotamia, present-day Iraq, and its people were known as the Sumerians. They were polytheistic, and believed that their spiritual leader could speak to the Gods. Think of the movie "Year One" for a visual. In an effort to make contact with these supernatural beings the Sumerians developed temples known as Ziggurats. The high priest would enter the Ziggurat and claim that he could speak to Gods. Could he actually have been contacting these thoughts and ideas through the ether, believing he was speaking to the Gods?

Let’s look at another example. The Chinese are one of the oldest civilizations in the world. For thousands of years their emperor believed he could communicate with the Gods much like the high priests of Mesopotamia. Every year he would go to the Temple of Heaven and discover what the Gods wanted him and his people to do. He would then go back to the people of his kingdom and explain to them what the Gods expected.
We can also look at the Greeks. The Oracle of Delphi is a famous place where priestly people claimed to see the future. New evidence suggests that methane gas seeps through the ground at this particular location. It's highly likely these priests were high when they saw their visions. So now it brings the question, do drugs enhance the ability to contact the ether? Just ask your closest friends with the munchies.

We can go one step further in this scenario. Many, if not all, Native American tribes believed they could speak with their Gods, and even their dead ancestors. It is no secret that many of these tribes believed that past chiefs would speak to them from the grave. They might warn them of impeding doom, such as was the case with the Aztecs who knew that pale-skinned men with large boats and armor would arrive from the east and conquer them.
So the question becomes how were these peoples able to communicate with the supernatural world? In the case of the Sumerians they believed their temples allowed them to become closer to the Gods, not only spiritually but also literally. They were the tallest structures of the ancient world at that time. The Chinese believed their temple had a sort of portal, which allowed the emperor to communicate. And lastly, the Native Americans believed that the feathers on their headdresses allowed them to receive signals, basically acting like a transmitter.

Whether any of these things are true, it is undeniable that they believed they were communicating with something, either the Gods, spirits, or possibly the ether.

We can also look at specific individuals and see how they were able to contact this information. We can look at many instances from the Bible. Let’s take for example Abraham. He believed that God asked him to kill his son as a sacrifice. Could it be that this information was given to him through the ether?

Our next example is Moses. Everyone knows of the burning bush, the 10 Commandments, and so on. Again, possibly information passed to him through his ability to channel his sixth sense?

Prophents such Jeremiah, Isaiah, John the Baptist, and so on all claimed to have visions.

Of course we can also use Jesus, Mary, and Joseph as examples. There is no need to go into great detail as you can now draw your own conclusions based on the evidence.

It is very possible that the ether is controlled by human thoughts, but there is no doubt that God would also be using this ether to convey messages to his people; as demonstrated by the Sumerians, Chinese, Native Americans, and countless people from the Bible.
This is not a phenomenon confined to the beliefs of Christians. Other major religions such as the Jews, Muslims, Hindu, Buddhists, and many others belief in the ability to communicate with the supernatural. The teachings of Buddhism for example profess the importance of meditation. Again, during this time of peace and calm the mind is clear and receptive to many ideas. Possibly even the ideas in the ether.

We have now proven the existence of the ether, but we still must determine how we are going to use it to our benefit. You must do the following: create a definite chief aim, in other words a clear goal you want to accomplish.  You then must find minds that share harmony with yours, it would be beneficial if they shared your goals and wanted to help you accomplish them. The more minds you can get focused on the same objective the better. Remember, two minds are better than one. So naturally ten is better than two.

Once you have formed your Master-Mind group begin brainstorming. The brain is doing the thinking, while the storm is being created. This “storm” is the Master-Mind becoming a reality. From this “storm” will be great energy and power, much like thunder and lightning. It will be essential for you to harness this new found power and put your plan into action.

To keep the Master-Mind you have developed nurtured and continually growing you must meet every so often, once or twice a week should be sufficient. You should also take time out of your day to think on your own. It is during this time that the Master-Mind will really begin to show it’s true essence. You will be able to access the ether and the minds of those you have joined and let your imagination flow. Often time’s people that create great inventions do it in solitary thought, meditation, or prayer. It is during this time that your brain is most active and receptive to new ideas.
You will know when your Master-Mind has formed as there will be a "click" or as some would say, a lightbulb has gone off. That lightbulb is the Master-Mind coming to fruitiion. For some this will be easy, others will take this information and ignore it. The few that follow through will be the few that are successful.

If you truly want to reach your potential you must take this lesson and use it as a guide. Good luck on your journey, and remember, the answers are all around you.

Mastering the Master-Mind - Lesson 3

Mastering the Master-Mind

This weeks lesson have focused on the importance of the Master-Mind. We've discussed what the Master-Mind is, how science could help develop it, and lastly how to apply it in today's world.

Today's lesson will cover the all important message of how to Master the Master-Mind. In other words, to see how people past and present have utilized the Master-Mind to their advantage. Some people have done this knowningly and achieved great success, while others have stumbled upon it's power by chance. Either way, those that can harness this phenomenon have the potential to reach untold greatness.

To substantiate the claim that the Master-Mind is in use we will delve into different groups or people that have used this idea to their advantage. Some of these are people you have heard of, while others you may not. It is important to understand what they were able to accomplish and immitate their actions if you plan to achieve their levels of success, whether it be in money, power, fame, or any other endeavor you seek.

Our first, and most notable of the men that has used the Master-Mind to perfection is Andrew Carnegie. The same Carnegie that developed a massive fortune through the most successful steel industry the world had ever seen during his life-time. Amazingly, Carnegie knew very little of the process of creating steel, yet he was still able to make a fortune off of it. This is great news for anyone that believes they can't do something because they don't know anything about it. Let Carnegie be your inspiration. So how did he and others attain such great accomplishments economically? Through the use of the Master-Mind. He wisely surrounded himself with people that knew more than he did. Through this organization they were able to share ideas and formulate a plan to achieve their goals.

Another, and slightly more recognizable man who used the Master-Mind theory to his advantage was Henry Ford, creator of the Ford Motor Company. Despite little to no formal schooling, he was very educated. He was able to use his mind to know to surround himself with men much smarter than he. It was through the formation of the his personal Master-Mind that he was able to accomplish such great feats and make him one of the most powerful men in the world.

We can see the Master-Mind in other areas as well, specifically in group settings. It important to remember as we look at our next groups that the Master-Mind only forms if all those involved share the same objective and are receptive to the ideas being shared. The Master-Mind can achieve great things if used correctly, but it can also achieve great destruction.

We can use the settings of a church, synagogue, or mosque. Undoubtedly the overwhelming amount of people participating in these services are tuned into what is taking place. In other words, all of their minds are coming together at once and focused on a common objective. In this case, praise. As various religious groups worship they are creating a Master-Mind, hoping to achieve their goal of adornment and praise to God.

This sort of religious Master-Mind is evident in what is known as a "Revival." Through preaching, music, and demonstrations people are changed from within. Their is a positive energy which leads to knew beliefs or feelings that previously weren't present. This euphoria is created by the Master-Mind that has been formed. It is during this time that people claim to be saved, feel a positive energy flowing through them, or any other sorts of unexplainable phenomenon. These revivalists call this "the Spirit of the Lord." It could very well be that what they are experiencing is the coming together of multiple minds.

We have all seen movies or heard stories of the dancing preacher running across the stage yelling "Prase the Lord!" "Demon be gone!" and slapping people in the forehead as the fall to the ground. Could it be possible that people faint or have a different feeling from the overwhelming power of the Master-Mind that has been created by the influx of so many minds focused on one common goal? It's not to say that it isn't a positive experience for all those involved. Many times, especially during the Great Awakening of the 19th century, these revivals would go from town to town across America. These revivals may last a few days, and then leave. At which point the euphoria begins to wear off and the Master-Mind disintegrates.

It is for this reason that men and women go back to their daily routine and forget what they experienced. Which often times leads to people wanting to relive that feeling and have another revival.

This form of Master-Mind is a very positive example of what can be accomplished if minds come together.

You may also see other examples of a Master-Mind in use in your own life. As you meet with your friends for lunch you are harnessing the power of the Master-Mind whether you realize it or not. It could be entirely possible that the mind knows what it wants which leads to people wanting to associate with others. The mind needs to be fed new ideas, and this can only be accomplished through interaction of some kind. This temporary meeting leads to the Master-Mind developing and expanding your own thoughts.

Furthermore, people associate with like-minded individuals. We have all heard this before. Those like-minded individuals are the ones who our minds have a harmonious connection with. These people may not have harmonious ideas, but the minds do connect. Look for example of this in your own life. People tend to associate with those that are like them. These groups are often known as "clicks."

These clicks are formed by the harmonious meetings of the minds. Look at your friends, family, co-workers and determine for yourself if this is true. For those that are far removed from school, think back to your younger days. Who did you associate with, the jocks, the preps, the nerds, the druggies? We all had our own little group. During this time you were beginning the formation of a Master-Mind and you may or may not have realized it. This is why people of the same groups often think alike. Your minds feed off of each others beliefs, whether they are stated or not.

It is very obvious to all those involved if someone belongs in the group or not. You may think they are different than the rest of the group and you have this feeling because of the clashing of the minds involved.
To dispute this would be to dispute the laws of nature. To go one step further in proving the power and existence of the Master-Mind think for a moment on the following thoughts. During school or work are there people you just can't seem to get along with while others you connect with very easily? We have all experienced this. That feeling is the harmony of our minds coming together.

We must now take what we have learned and use that harmonious attitude and form a Master-Mind. Remember, the more people you can get to join in this group the more successful you will be.

Think about this as well. Have you ever met a successful person that was a loner? The kid in the corner, the weird co-worker. It's highly unlikely. These people may be very smart individually, but without the formation of a Master-Mind often times this person cannot reach their full potential. This is the person that snaps and goes off on people.

Take the information you have learned in this series and use it to your advantage. When you have achieved your success in life you will know why. It won't be your education, your background, your personality, your looks. It will be your associations.

One final thought on today's lesson. It may or may not have become apparent to you through these writings that two very important ideas must be present for a Master-Mind to truly work. It can't be formed with a group of unharmonious minds, and furthermore, it must have a clearly defined goal. Whether it is in religion, money, power, or any other desire.

Without a definitive chief aim your thoughts will become mindless rambles that lead to nothing of value.
Due to the fact that these lessons have received so much positive reviews I will be including an encore presentation. The last and final installment will cover the topic of creating a desired goal and forming the Master-Mind group to help you accomplish it.

The Master-Mind Test - Lesson 4

The Master-Mind Test

So today we, as in I, decided to make two posts regarding the Master-Mind. Tomorrow's Master-Mind plan will deal with mastery. As a prequel, in order to know if you have successful mastered the Master-Mind, you must overcome all or at least the vast majority of the following 15 ideas. You should rate yourself, have your closest friends rate you, and even people who may not know you well but have formed opinions of you based on what they do know.

You should have each person rate you on a scale of 1-10 for each topic.

You will then add up the total score and divide by 15. Ideally your score should be above 80%.

People that have truly achieved success have scored very well. Henry Ford received a 91, Ben Franklin a 90, George Washington an 86.

I. Clearly Defined Goals
II. Self-Confidence
III. Habit of Saving Money
IV. Initiative and Leadership
V. Imagination
VI. Self-Control
VII. Enthusiasm
VIII. Habit of Doing More Than Paid For
IX. Pleasing Personality
X. Accurate Thinking
XI. Concentration
XII. Co-operation
XIII. Profiting by Failure
XIV. Tolerance
XV. Practicing the Golden Rule

Master-Mind Explained "Application" - Lesson 5

Master-Mind Explained "Application"

He must have been speaking of the importance of creating a Master-Mind based on harmony, at which point all answers and knowledge will flow into you from those you associate with. The North Star being the guiding light of the night sky, such as the leader, and the other stars being those that comprise the rest of the Master-Mind organization. Together this group will find perfect harmony and reach the success they desire.

Now that you comprehend the Master-Mind let me leave you with these words by Confucious. You should be able to understand his words as if they were spoken directly to you by the teacher himself.

"At fifteen, I set my heart on understanding my place in the Universe.
At thirty, I had laid the foundation of my philosophies. At forty, I found
peace. At fifty, I truly understood the oneness of humanity. At sixty, I
listened and was receptive to the harmony of perpetual change. At
seventy, I did as I pleased and yet all that I did was in peace and harmony
with all people."
Master-Mind Explained "Application"

This week we have been discussing the Master-Mind, namely the belief that thoughts are traveling all around us, the existence of the ether, and the ways in which science can make these voices understandable to the human ear.

Possible solutions would be to develop a transmitter, a computer chip implanted in the brain, or some other unconceived notion at this time. But wait! The solution is much simpler than scientific discovery! For evolution has already passed science by and created what science could not! The human brain has already developed these transmitters to interpret fast moving sound waves. Of course these sounds are subconciously brought into our minds, but we have acquired them.

It is the author of these writings belief that during meditation or a dream-like state the brain acquires this information. The sounds are unrecognizable to the hear, but the brain is able to listen to these sounds and convert them, creating the imagination. Remember, imagination is just the coming together of ones own experiences, knowledge, and beliefs with that of another.

The most successful men and women have been able to do something that others were unable or unwilling to do. Many say that hardwork, education, money, or other tangible components are what make men successful. I say never! It is the mind that makes you successful. It is what you think, not what you know.

You can have all the knowledge in the world, but until you organize that knowledge it is useless.

Take for example someone like Thomas Edison or Henry Ford. Arguably the smartest men of their time, yet neither had more than a few months worth of education. How could this be? How could someone that never went to school, or went very little be able to accomplish so much, especially in the fields of science and discovery? It is a simple answer. They were able to tap into something much more advanced than learning, they used the Master-Mind.

It is important to note that everyone has access to the Master-Mind, but few take advantage of it. Whether by diliberate choice or not realizing what they are capable of. It is through these lessons that you should understand the importance of forming a Master-MInd and have a definite chief aim in life.

We've all heard the quote "it's not what you know, it's who you know." How true this is! Whoever said this knew something that most men never understand. In today's society we encourage more learning, more knowledge, but all the while forget the importance of education.

Education has been misunderstood for years, centuries even. Today if you ask someone what it means to be educated, most would respond to learn, to be smart, to have money, power, or a whole host of other answers. However, that isn't what the word educate means at all. The word educate comes from the word educo, which means "to develop from within."

True knowledge isn't taught, it is acquired through use. In other words, to be taught information but not to put it into practice is insufficient. Unless you apply your knowledge you have gained nothing.
In today's society learning seems to be the objective, not to educate. Which wherein lies the problem.

Instead of focusing on facts and figures, it would be more important to focus on what those facts and figures could be used for.

A common misconception "knowledge equals power." Knowledge in itself isn't power, organizing and classifying information does no man any good. Education is mind development. So how does one develop the mind? Through the application of the Master-Mind.

The Master-Mind is developed through interaction. Whenever two minds come together they naturally form a third mind. This third mind is the sharing of both minds' information, at which point perfect harmony is created.

In this harmony ideas are shared, plans are made. Successful people always create a Master-Mind. It is recommended that 6 or 7 people be part of this group, the more minds acting in harmony the better. It can be difficult to develop this harmonious organization, as not all minds will come together as one. Much like certain elements, when minds are combined they can create great things such as gold and water. But at the same time elements when mixed can create potentially dangerous compounds such as uranium.

When the Mater-Mind has fully developed the benefits will be great, however, once the group has dissolved the Master-Mind will also cease to exist. It is important to note it takes time, patience, leadership, and the belief that you have the ability to overcome obstacles to have a harmonious partnership.

The mind will latch onto ideas and thoughts possessed by those it associates with. It leaves little wonder why certain groups of people tend to dress alike, speak alike, act alike. To prove this theory walk into any lunchroom on a high school campus! These are not mere coincidinces, it is the minds communicating with one another.

It leaves little doubt that assocating with positive, well-organized, educated people with a plan that success will soon follow. At the same time, it leaves little doubt that putting criminals all in the same room will eventually lead to more crime.

As John Locke, the English philosopher said "to change society you must change ones environment." He also rightly believed that men are created with a "tabula rasa," or "blank mind." The mind is blank, and develops the feelings, ideas, and thoughts that it attracts through interaction with others.

Create your Master-Mind and the unimaginable will soon follow. Remember that perfect harmonious interaction is the key, and if at anytime this feeling is destoryed you will in turn destroy the coordinated effort of a group of individual minds. It is this lack of harmony which will be the cause of failure.

As you have learned the people that make up the Master-Mind don't necessarily have to have degrees from prestigious universities, tops in their class, it is the way in which the minds interact with one another that will be the most important.

Chinese philosopher Confucious said "Those who flow in the harmony of the oneness of humanity are like the North Star around which all the other stars orbit in peace and harmony."

Master-Mind Explained "The Solution" - Lesson 6

Master-Mind Explained "The Solution"

To take yesterday's lesson one step further and understand the importance of the Master-Mind, one must consider the following truth. The human ear can hear sound at a certain point, but sounds higher or lower than that range do still exist. Dogs, bats, sharks, whales, dolphins, are all able to hear sounds or communicate in more advanced ways than humans.

The key for scientists will be to develop a machine that can comprehend sounds at uncomprehendable speeds. If asked what the fastest thing in the universe is, most would answer the speed of light. And they would be wrong! The only thing faster than the speed of light is the human mind! The solution to obtaining a Master-Mind, one that can communicate through telepathy, will be to create a device that can transfer sound waves of enormous speeds to a range in which humans can hear them.

It is known that sound is just vibrations, and these vibrations must be within a specific range for the human ear to understand them. If all words, thoughts, ideas, and all other forms of communication are floating around in the ether, then it must be possible to convert them. Radio waves are one such form of sounds moving very quickly that can be converted, essentially that is what a radio transmitter does. It converts sound from one speed, and slows it down to an understandable range.

The problem currently is that thought travels faster than the speed of light, and are thus moving too fast to be slowed down. It is known that dogs can hear higher pitched sounds than humans. That dolphins communicate at a more advanced ability than humans, some speculate even telepathically. Bats use sonar to navigate. Is it possible that through evolution these species have developed a level of communication more advanced than our own?

How can we equal, or even surpass them? The answer is simple, the solution is not. We would need to develop a transmitter of some kind that can take these fast moving sound waves and make them understandable to the human ear.

Developing this technology will be the task of the scientific community over the course of the next century.

Being able to create this device could open up a whole new world.

To put this in perspective and to understand that thoughts are all around us, consider the following examples.

Many people believe they hear voices, possibly those of ghosts or spirits. Could it be that for a split second they were able to use a portion of their mind that tapped into a higher level of thinking and transferred these very fast moving sound waves into a recognizable level?

Another example, have you ever witnessed an animal, possibly a dog, staring at something and wondering what do they see? Could it be that they don't see anything, they hear something! Could it be that they, or other animals, are able to hear the thoughts passing us by?

One must consider these aspects of thought and sound when discovering the secrets to telepathy.

Remember these simple quotes by Pocahontas:

"Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains."

"The rainstorm and the rivers are my brother."

Could it be that Disney and their interpretation of Pocahontas was telling us something more than we ever thought possible? Maybe the noises we hear, thunder, running water, is actually the sound of voices, voices of our friends, family, past, present. Could we transmit these sounds into a form of media that is understandable to our ears? We can hear them, but do we really listen to them?

Chew on this:

"The wind blowing is the sound of thoughts passing you by."

Are you listening?

Tomorrow's lesson will deal with the importance of forming a Master-Mind group and how to use it effectively.
